Are You Getting Enough Muscle Building Protein in Your Diet?


When it comes to muscle building all calories are not created equal, for example if you needed to eat 2000 calories per day and you stuffed yourself with ice cream and potato chips you'll be getting a lot of empty calories that won't build muscle.  However if you eat wholesome nutritious meals with adequate protein you'll be have the building blocks for creating large muscles. When you're in the gym lifting weights and doing muscle building exercises you actually breaking down the muscle.
